Subscription Information
PLEASE NOTE: The essentials of our Protect & Collect Residential subscription policy are:
1. The current subscription is $77 per annum per property.
2. Invoices for all properties currently subscribed by your office will be issued prior to your renewal date.
3. If you state the property requesting subscription is “currently not in arrears”, in the event of a recovery being lodged and this statement is found to be fraudulent any claim lodged will not be covered by the Protect & Collect Subscription and will be subject to the normal recovery fees and charges.*
4. Please note, you cannot lodge a recovery or use our eviction services during the first 3 months of initial subscription.
